Establishes and maintains effective working relationships. Hire, trains and develops staff. Ensures the delivery of quality care in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Must have knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, coverage requirements and payment provisions as well as the ability to analyze and report branch data.
