SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to members of the community who need these services. This position will allow you to utilize and develop your skills in case management, falls prevention, specialty equipment ordering, wound care and more.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy. At least one year of experience as a registered therapist in a rehabilitation or acute care setting. Ability to work independently, to be self-motivated and well organized.
