About the Allaince

On behalf of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts, welcome to our website.  We are your resource for home care in Massachusetts.

As a non-profit trade association, the Alliance provides representation, education, communication, advocacy, and – ultimately – a voice for the state’s home care providers.  Our mission is to "unite people and organizations to advance community health through care and services in the home."

As of July 2009, the Alliance has more than 150 Agency Members from all corners of Massachusetts, as well as dozens of Allied and Individual Members.  Membership is entirely voluntary for all member types -- we are not a government entity -- though we'd argue that's it's essential for new and established agencies alike.

This website gives members and friends ready access to important industry information such as government regulations and legislation, educational opportunities, the Alliance’s publications, and our group purchase programs.  Our email lists allow member staff to network and share practice insights and are available in a range of specialty areas.
